Insurance

As a practice, it is our goal to offer quality, comprehensive, and cost-effective care to our patients. We are providers for most Managed Care Plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Please make sure you check with your insurance company to see if a referral is needed to see a specialist.

Our office also sees patients who have commercial or indemnity plans, and self-pay patients. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Patients are responsible for any co-payments or deductibles at the time of their service. Financial arrangements may be made through our billing office.
