Ashley D. Wright, Au.D., CCC-A
Ashley D. Wright, Au.D., CCC-A is a recent Doctor of Audiology graduate from Nova Southeastern University (NSU). She is a native of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She recently relocated to the Atlanta area upon completion of her externship at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN. Dr. Wright obtained her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU) in 2012. She was an educator for 4 years before earning her Doctor of Audiology degree from NSU.
Dr. Wright enjoys working with all populations, especially the pediatric group. While completing her externship at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital, Dr. Wright was responsible for inpatient audiological care including newborn hearing screenings in the neonatal intensive care unit as well as follow-up for patients with risk factors for hearing loss. Dr. Wright also worked in the outpatient center seeing pediatric patients for hearing evaluations, traditional hearing aids, bone-anchored hearing aids and cochlear implants. Dr. Wright is licensed to practice Audiology in the state of Georgia and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Dr. Wright is also a member of the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Wright currently resides in Dunwoody, GA. She spends her free time traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and serving the community with her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
